I have really learned to LOVE working out. I've always
been 'athletic' but I hadn't challenged myself physically in a long
time. I had serious doubts about my abilities physically but now that
I've taken the challenge, working out gives me an incredible boost. I
feel more energetic and balanced. I have better days when I work out,
it's just that simple!
